Responsibilities
- Deliver complex projects with minimal delays while emphasizing customer satisfaction
- Manage a team, schedule, and costs with a focus on safety and quality
- Lead and mentor as part of a diverse team
- Resolve problems and conflicts effectively
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate subcontract trades
- Interface with owners, architects, engineers, and on-site management teams
- Handle subcontract award and buy-out processes
- Write and define project scopes
- Prepare, present, and negotiate change orders
- Develop and manage project schedules and progress
- Manage project accounting and financial impacts on-site
- Utilize scheduling and construction software
- Practice innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3 to 20+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Construction Technology
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of construction principles and ambition to succeed and advance

Pay
The base salary range for this position is determined by factors such as role, level, education, experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Individual pay is assessed through interviews and evaluation of these factors. The annual base salary range is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
