Project Manager

Description The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Project Manager I in our Independence, KS Office. This is a mission critical project based PM role. The expectation would be to be based on the project site for a typical period of 18-24 months per project location. Projects will vary in location across the Midwest. Job Summary Responsible for the success of small to mid-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success. Responsibilities Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout. Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives. Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction. Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
