About The Role
As a Project Manager at Kivo Studio, you will oversee and guide digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients to align expectations, manage resources, and drive project success. This role requires a balance of organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of digital workflows. You will contribute to shaping project strategies, mitigating risks, and fostering a collaborative environment where teams can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including briefs, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello, or Asana).
- Solid understanding of digital workflows, including design, development, and QA processes.
- Experience managing web, mobile, or software development projects in a creative or agency environment.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for creating human-centered, engaging digital experiences.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and project management software.
