Elevated Construction Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential construction projects in Southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing general contracting projects within Florida, with proven experience in navigating local permitting portals and managing complex AIA billing cycles. Demonstrated expertise in Florida wind and flood building code compliance is also required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple residential jobsites simultaneously to ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Direct subcontractor workflows and maintain strict accountability for installation quality and safety protocols.
- Manage construction permitting processes seamlessly through Florida county portals like Accela.
- Inspect project progress regularly to guarantee full compliance with Florida wind and flood building codes.
- Execute monthly draws and manage detailed AIA billing documentation with absolute precision.
- Maintain real-time project visibility for ownership by updating tracking boards consistently within Monday.com.
- Resolve complex on-site logistical and technical challenges independently without escalating minor routine issues.

- Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with field crews.
Skills

Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience).
