About the role
The Building People LLC is hiring for a Project Manager to support Minot Air Force Base, ND. This is an on‑site position supporting the 5th Medical Group Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Onsite project management at the MTF for SRM/O&M projects, including field surveys, status reports, design reviews, prioritizing work, stakeholder facilitation, QA inspections, requirements analysis, relocation support, and contract change management.
- Prepare documents, coordinate with hospital staff/DHA/PDB, manage outages, attend meetings, and provide weekly reports.
- Review submittals and provide recommendations to the COR concerning acceptability.
- Review and provide written comments to the COR on selected contractor submittals pursuant to special clauses of the contract.
