Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for complex, high-impact initiatives that advance the child behavioral health training program as a national model. Serving as the lead for project governance, planning, and performance management, the position ensures alignment across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex initiatives with significant organizational impact leveraging technology and project management tools.
- Exercise independent judgment and make decisions regarding project priorities, implementation strategies, and resource allocation.
- Analyze complex information, evaluate alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Influence decision-making among leaders, partners, and stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
- Prepare executive-level reports, analyses, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of fulltime, professional project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, Behavioral Health, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project management credential.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience leading and managing complex projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
- Experience working within higher education institutions, including collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, academic units, and administrative departments.
Skills

Established ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions regarding project priorities, implementation strategies, and resource allocation. Ability to analyze complex information, evaluate alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations. Ability to effectively influence decision-making among leaders, partners, and stakeholders without direct supervisory authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level reports, analyses, and recommendations.

Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
