Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support program to achieve cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Establish program direction and indirect management for matrixed team across engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, contracts, and finance
• Manage and integrate program complexities, including multiple production elements
• Proactively plan activities for current contract
• Manage risks and opportunities effectively
• Make timely, ethical decisions in compliance with contract, policies, and procedures
• Capture, evaluate, and apply lessons learned to improve project performance
• Present project status and proposals to program team and senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Project schedule development and budget management
• Able to represent the team and deliver status reports to internal and external leadership - Microsoft Office proficient
