Project Manager

Must have Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience and be willing to commute to Crown Point, IN 4x per week. This is a contract position based out of Crown Point, IN, anticipated to close on August 21, 2026.

About the Role

This role involves managing inventory moves and systems closure as part of a warehouse transition.

• Inventory move (both physical and system digital updates) from DeKalb, IL to Crown Point, IN location
• Inventory move (both physical and system digital updates) from Joliet, IL to Crown Point, IN location
• DeKalb Systems closure (hardware and software shutdown for the DK site that is closing). Note: A separate project manager is handling the physical site closure.
• Establish best practices in the new warehouse setup

Responsibilities

• Plan development and refinement
• Strategic resource planning and collaboration with other project managers for shared resources
• Project status and communication creation
• Drive team progress and proactively work with leadership to address blockers or issues stalling the team

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing projects, ideally warehouse moves
• Project management and stakeholder management expertise
• Experience with Oracle Fusion (projects or teams) is a plus
• Jira Project Management system experience preferred
• Clear, articulate communicator with a driver mentality

Pay

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour.
