About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Lead preconstruction, buyout, execution, and closeout.
- Manage subcontractors, owners, architects, and project teams.
- Handle contracts, change orders, budgets, billing, and cost control.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and documentation using Procore.
- Lead project meetings and ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee quality control, punch lists, and final closeout.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
- Experience managing multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Procore, P6, and Microsoft Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- OSHA 30 and design-build experience preferred.
