Project Manager

TC Services, a nationally recognized leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a CIMS-certified janitorial company, we take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and delivering excellent service.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday (night shift or day shift)
• Weekend availability required
• Travel is required, including overnight stays
• Per diem provided when traveling
• Flexible schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs

Pay

$48,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, and window cleaning
• Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment; report worn or broken equipment promptly
• Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition
• Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work
• Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed
• Schedule recurring jobs and create schedules for floor techs
• Train floor techs on proper floor cleaning techniques

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team
• Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify
• Must be 21+ years old

Physical Requirements

• Mobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Strength: Lift and push up to 60 lbs
• Carry 10–15 lbs on your back for at least one hour
• Perform repetitive push/pull cleaning motions
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
• Travel between job sites as required
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and operation of power floor equipment
