About the role
The Project Manager at TBWA is responsible for integrating multi-agency and-discipline teams across projects, managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources. They drive project communications and process adherence, ensuring timely, budgeted, and scope-compliant project outcomes.

Requirements
- High self-confidence and strong leadership skills
- Ability to maintain focus under pressure and keep a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheets, Workfront, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-6+ years of project management experience
- Understanding of marketing and communications planning
- Interest and desire to expand knowledge of financial operations
- Experience with lead generation, SaaS, etc.
Qualifications
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of agency finance processes
- Ability to navigate and comprehend new processes/platforms within digital space
- Comfortable managing and influencing people who are may be direct reports, as well as director-level and management personnel
- Ability to establish leadership on project with internal stakeholders and clients
- Easily recognized as the person who can answer questions on projects, process, and everyday activities around the team and client
- Ability to work independently to tackle problems and direct to solutions
- Highly adaptable, able to anticipate issues and needs before they arise and take the necessary steps to alleviate and/or mitigate

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Minimum of three days a week in the office, increasing over time to five days.
