Project Manager

About the role

Facilitates ART events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt. Ensures smooth execution, removes impediments, manages dependencies, and mitigates risks across teams. Coaches teams and Scrum Masters on Agile, SAFe principles and practices, and drives continuous improvement to deliver value predictably.

Responsibilities

• Owns and tracks the ART's PI Objectives, capacity, and velocity to ensure predictable value delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Acts as a liaison between Product Management, Architecture, Business Owners, and the teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Manages ART-level metrics and reporting (burn-up, flow, predictability) and drives transparency through dashboards in Jira/Rally.
• Fosters a culture of collaboration, Lean mindset, and DevOps practices to improve quality, time-to-market, and operational excellence.

Pay

$110,000–$135,000 a year
