Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, coupled with excellent problem-solving, analytic-thinking, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders and team members. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead cross-functional projects through planning, execution, and deliveryLead NPD projects through early concept development, engineering phases, testing, and product launchAssist with analysis and business intelligence activities related to new product introductionsManage timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordinationDrive PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and project health updatesFacilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teamsCoordinate work across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketingSupport regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness for new productsOther duties as assignedRequirements REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIESStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologiesExceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutionsExcellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritization and risk management.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and conciselyAbility to translate complex engineering or manufacturing information into clear actions, timelines, and project requirementsProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is a plus. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with business or project management exposure1-3 Years of previous experience or internships in manufacturing, project engineering, project management or related fields is advantageous
