Project Manager
About the role
Help establish and clarify internal roles and responsibilities, work with other teams on governance activities, track approximately 15 approved NGIA pilots, gather status updates from SMEs, identify risks and roadblocks, maintain progress reporting, and support annual regulatory update reports.
Support development of the next NGIA plan, evaluate future pilots, and perform lifecycle greenhouse gas calculations using the GREET model, including building GREET pathways for different project types.
Typical office work including maintaining spreadsheets that track pilot progress, meeting with SMEs, monitoring pilot status and obstacles, coordinating efforts across teams, serving as a liaison among stakeholders, supporting reporting efforts, joining calls with potential pilot developers, analyzing projects, building carbon intensity scores, and assisting with clean fuel strategy activities.
Help build a new and growing decarbonization business area, influence NGIA planning efforts, and support innovative greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience performing greenhouse gas calculations
- Experience with the GREET model and lifecycle carbon intensity calculations
- Greenhouse gas emission reduction calculation experience
- Project management experience
- Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating projects across teams
- Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience
- A project manager-level candidate

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule
Standard office hours, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
