Project Manager

Seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, budget, and schedule. The Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and engineers while coordinating closely with field operations teams to ensure projects are completed successfully. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety programs and jobsite safety requirementsConduct project safety observations, audits, and job hazard analysesEnsure project work meets contract documents, plans, specifications, and industry standardsManage project profitability, job costs, and cost to completionMonitor project scope, budgets, schedules, labor, and equipment costsIdentify scope changes and coordinate change ordersPlan project work with Superintendents, Foremen, and Field ManagersConduct pre-construction and internal project meetingsDevelop and maintain project schedules and critical path schedulesManage project schedules, monthly billings, and manpower and equipment needsCoordinate with subcontractors and material vendorsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsCommunicate effectively with internal teams, clients, engineers, inspectors, and other project stakeholdersEnsure timely and accurate project invoicing and assist with accounts receivable collectionsReview and approve accounts payable invoicesMaintain proficiency with relevant software and management systemsDemonstrate strong leadership, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in civil engineering or construction managementMinimum 2 years of construction experience as a Project Manager and/or Assistant Project ManagerStrong verbal and written communication skillsLeadership and organizational skillsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a teamStrong judgment and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of honesty and integrityAbility to take ownership and learn from mistakesSuccessful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
