Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities Manage and coordinate multiple projects or large projects with moderate complexity, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and qualityDevelop project plans, scope, and criteria, and oversee execution by project teamsPerform construction administration activities and support project delivery through all phasesMaintain client relationships and support business development efforts, including networking and use of CRM/toolsPrepare fee proposals and support pursuit efforts with Department Manager guidanceSupport development of junior engineers and designers through day-to-day guidance and trainingMonitor project financial performance, including budget tracking and coordination on receivablesConduct existing condition evaluations and prepares technical reportsEnsure compliance with design safety standards and company expectationsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)10+ years of engineering experienceProven experience managing projects and coordinating work across engineering teamsAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple office locationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple projects of varying size and complexityFamiliarity with construction administration and project delivery processesExposure to client interaction and supporting business development effortsAbility to support and guide junior engineers and designers Benefits Health Insurance, Dental, VisionLife InsuranceAD&DDisability401kESOPS-125 PlanPTOHoliday PayFlex Time
