The Project Manager oversees projects for a variety of clients utilizing our enterprise solution offerings (business meetings, events, tradeshow booths, field marketing, video, digital marketing, and creative projects). You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop project scopes, provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure overall financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects across clients, including asset builds, program logistics, on-site load-in/load-out, and activations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic intent, project scope, and corresponding budget.
  • Manage internal and external resources, track progress, and meet key deliverables and milestones.
  • Drive project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and aligned with the project’s strategic intent.
  • Maintain financial oversight, including budget estimates, invoicing, and overall financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain project records: timelines, costs, P.O. management, creative elements, customer communications, and change orders.
  • Collaborate across all Switch departments to ensure efficient communication and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, project management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated strategic abilities, understanding of display design, production, and technology, and solid leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to travel 25-30% depending on project assignments.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours based on project/event needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building assets and handling logistics for tradeshow booths, field marketing, and experiential marketing events.
  • Experience across multiple client industries (e.g., beverage, snacks, healthcare, tools).

Physical Demands

Ability to work in a physical environment and lift up to 20 pounds.
