Pay Range: 88K-110K

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Attend team meetings with Amazon and their converting partners to drive high end projects and strategic initiatives to their completion.
• Responsible for overseeing and providing artwork guidance for development of packaging.
• Provide technical guidance for initial packaging designs to designers and business stakeholders.
• Communicate differences between design and production execution to set expectations.
• Work with designers, brand, operations and procurement to meet their individual graphics and structural requirements and provide synchronization of deliverables.
• Initiate pre-production conference calls, create agenda, provide files and track tasks/deliverables to the business.
• Work with our Amazon Account Manager, Graphics Coordinator and CSR to initiate new projects.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in graphic package design
• Strong project management and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Able to communicate differences between design and production execution to designers and stakeholders
• Experience creating brand packaging strategies and the understanding of different print processes
• Strong skill level in design software, e.g. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Knowledge and experience with ink, print processes and various substrates such as folding cartons, corrugated, flexible packaging and prototyping
