Responsibilities

• Lead impactful projects in the realm of precast concrete and heavy construction.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of project management experience, especially in precast concrete, construction, or heavy manufacturing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and project scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
• Adaptability to dust, noise, vibration, and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 7 years of proven project management success, ideally within heavy manufacturing or precast concrete industries.

Skills

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica.
• Prior involvement in industrial construction or concrete manufacturing environments.
• Certification in project management (PMP or similar).

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 base salary.

Schedule

Full-Time, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
