About the role
The Project Manager at STAHL USA is responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of projects within the government technology sector. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with government regulations and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closure
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and client requirements
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience working with government contracts and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of government contracting and procurement processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
