- 5 years prior commercial construction experience
- Experience supporting business development efforts
- AIA billing experience
- Procore experience
- Experience working with subcontractors
- GMP contract and billing experience
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with solid decision making skills
- Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong software skills to include MS Office
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Salary and Benefits
- Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $95,000 to $135,000 yearly
