We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team in support of an EHRM modernization project for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs at the Tampa VA Medical Center in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Supports construction activities for the EHRM modernization project
- Generates reports as required by the VA client staff
- Serves as a client-side representative to collaborate with VA client staff
Requirements
- Education: Construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field from an accredited University OR 15+ years of directly related experience
- Years of Experience: 7+ years project management experience
Skills
- Federal construction project management experience
- Healthcare facility construction experience
- Construction schedule management and analysis
- Cost management and budget oversight
- Change order review and administration
- Construction contract administration
- Quality assurance and quality control oversight
- Risk management
- Project reporting and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating contractors, designers, stakeholders, and government representatives

Pay
The pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD per year (Tampa, FL)
