Responsibilities
- Provides project and/or construction management consultation services of a single major program or project or multiple projects.
- Provides consultation in regard to business, technical and personnel management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities.
- Is responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule.
- Maintains daily progress reports and inspection reports.
- Serves as a client-side representative for the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 10 years of construction work experience may substitute for a college degree if it demonstrates the necessary competency.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design, and construction, schedule control, cost management, and program budgeting, and overall project management activities.
- Professional experience should include the ability to read and interpret construction documents, as well as communicate effectively with construction team members.
- Experience supporting regulated environments (federal, healthcare, or institutional) is highly desirable.
- Candidates may be asked to provide examples or documentation of completed projects demonstrating relevant experience.
Pay
The pay range for this role is: 110,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Brooklyn, NY)
