About the role
You will join an internal team dedicated to large residential projects and oversee all phases of construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and schedule on-site construction activities
- Perform cost controlling and monitor project timelines
- Ensure quality and safety standards on assigned construction sites
- Oversee labor, including subcontracted teams
- Maintain continuous, synergistic collaboration with company functions (Procurement, Safety, Administration, etc.)
Requirements
- Prior experience preferably on large residential construction sites and projects
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction-site dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion, reliability, and professionalism
