Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to serve as Shield’s primary and first point of presence in North America. You will manage large-scale projects end-to-end for enterprise customers, enforce project frameworks, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires independent work with minimal oversight, strong matrix management skills, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into practical usability for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects from initiation to closure for enterprise customers.
• Enforce Shield’s project framework methodology internally and externally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Shield in North America, building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain direct contact with customers, project teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, plan, and content control inbound and outbound.
• Lead matrix management of technical disciplines (integration engineers, QA, R&D, etc.).
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Define, prioritize, negotiate, and communicate customer requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Develop a working technical understanding of the system to translate capabilities into practical usability.
• Drive continuous improvement and learning initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale projects for enterprise customers.
• Background in technology/software product companies, with experience working with enterprise clients.
• Experience managing technical projects, collaborating with R&D, QA, and other technical teams.
• Basic working knowledge of systems/products to translate technical details into practical usability.
• Experience in global software/product companies, preferably with international markets beyond Israel (Israeli background/Hebrew fluency preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proven multitasking and fast-paced work environment capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing project metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Pay

The base salary for this role is between $160,000 USD and $175,000 USD per year, dependent on experience, skill set, and market knowledge.
