The Project Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle delivery of assigned construction projects. This role ensures that all aspects of contract compliance, cost control, scheduling, quality, safety, communication, and documentation are executed in alignment with company standards. The PM provides structured project leadership — coordinating internal teams, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to achieve successful outcomes and protect project margins. This role interfaces regularly with clients/owners, design teams, superintendents and field leadership, estimating and preconstruction, and procurement, accounting, safety, and leadership teams. It does not supervise craft labor or self-perform work, approve hiring or compensation decisions, modify contract terms without approval, or commit the company to commercial risk beyond
