Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Scorpio's quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
• Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
• Update and project job costs
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings
• Process change events and associated change orders
• Review and approve subcontractor pay apps and field invoices
• Assist superintendent with site logistics and management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of construction project management experience including experience with commercial construction
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
