Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction effort to ensure projects are constructed safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Model and demonstrate Sachse Construction’s core values.
• Lead diverse teams and provide clear direction.
• Manage client satisfaction and staff development.
• Manage client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate and model Sachse Construction’s core values.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
