Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction effort to ensure projects are constructed safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Model and demonstrate Sachse Construction’s core values.
- Lead diverse teams and provide clear direction.
- Manage client satisfaction and staff development.
- Manage client relationships effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate and model Sachse Construction’s core values.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
