Responsibilities

• Organizes and leads meetings with owners, architects, engineers, other external parties, and the internal project team.
• Assesses each project's risks and works to mitigate or eliminate them.
• Manages project budget, including revenues, costs, pay applications, and invoices.
• Evaluates cost changes and estimates pricing for changes (change order processing).
• Leads the buyout process, including qualifying and defining subcontracts.
• Develops client relations to support future work and seeks new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proficient in understanding building plans (civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical).
• Scheduling experience and proficiency with construction scheduling software.
• Effective leadership and team-building skills.
• Human resource management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
