Responsibilities
- Plan and organize projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
- Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Prepare and review estimates and change orders for projects.
- Monitor construction activities and negotiate change orders with clients.
- Prepare and present monthly costing reports.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and rental equipment.
- Represent the company in project meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing requirements, and work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), with Accubid and Oracle preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and maintain a neat appearance.
- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $104,400.00 - $156,600.00 annually, with the actual salary depending on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
