Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years related experience combined with two years of related training and education.
• Strong understanding of math with an analytical mind.
• Strong geometry skills.
• Experience in construction trades is preferred, not necessary.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Experience with Timberline a plus.
• M. degree preferred.
• Must have excellent leadership experience, sense of urgency and a natural ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Must have ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Internet.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on environment of high communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design objectives and events.
• Manage project budgets, ensure quality control and plan work according to objectives.
• Avoid and control risk; estimate resources and allocate resources.
• Communicate with key stakeholders (sales, senior management, crews, subcontractors).
• Identify, manage and control changes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
