Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and coordinate subcontractors
• Solve problems in the field and protect the company’s reputation
• Identify opportunities to improve or expand customer projects (upsells, change orders)
• Take ownership of project outcomes and customer satisfaction
