About the role

The Riley Facilities Project Manager at Indiana University Health is responsible for guiding projects that enhance the environment of care at Riley Children’s Hospital. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit, ensuring projects are efficiently executed, and developing project plans based on customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit
• Ensure projects are managed appropriately using standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning
• Develop project plans based on customer specifications resulting in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency, and overall return on investments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required
• PMP certification preferred
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment
