Project Manager

About the role

This role is expected to own the Project Management Processes at Reusser, and will be tasked with creating structure and refining processes within the organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for owning project meetings with stakeholders as well as internal meetings with Account Managers and other members of the Project Team. This person will be documenting client needs, communicating tasks to the appropriate teams, and following up to ensure items are properly addressed.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, milestones, status reports, and other documentation relevant to project completion.
• Communicate deadlines and project information effectively to all members of project teams through collaborative online tools (like Teamwork), as well as email.
• Establish clear lines of communication between the client and the team, and is the single source of truth for all aspects of the project.
• Work on-site with the rest of the team at our office in Roanoke, IN on Monday and Thursday and will have the flexibility to be remote Tuesday and Wednesday.

Requirements

• 3+ years in project management experience.
• 2+ years working in Project Management Software Tools (AzureDevOps, Teamwork, or any comparable tool).

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who can oversee all facets of our projects while seamlessly managing budgets and timelines for multiple projects at once.
• Based in the Fort Wayne area or plan to be in the near future.
• Experience working in client services.
• Attentive to the details and understand how to graciously give feedback.
• Empathetic, professional, and charismatic communicator who can speak directly without ego.
• Can work on projects that are either agile or waterfall.
