Project Manager

About the role

Project Manager to act as the central point of contact for a cross-functional, multi-site risk-assessment program. The role keeps activities aligned across products, sites and functions, and manages the logistics and cadence that hold the program together.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate confirmatory-testing logistics, including retained-sample selection, shipment to laboratories, and coordination with manufacturing sites, stability centres and testing labs.
• Manage program timelines, actions and meeting cadence, including preparation and follow-up across the core cross-functional team.
• Serve as the interface point between technical/documentation, site, analytical, quality and regulatory functions.
• Maintain trackers and status reporting for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Project management or PMO experience, ideally in a GMP pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMP logistics (samples, stability, lab coordination).
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
