PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary Our client-a leader in the design, manufacturing, and building of custom electrical power control and protection systems-is looking for a Project Manager. Key qualifications include 3+ years of project management experience, knowledge of CAD programs such as AutoCAD, and the ability to oversee a small project or a phase of a larger project under direct supervision. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a project management-related field (plus 1 year of project management experience) or 5+ years of relevant project management experience is required. location: DES MOINES, Iowa job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Technical & Software Skills: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Project Oversight & Knowledge: Capable of managing small projects/phases under senior supervision, backed by sufficient industry expertise to answer client questions. Quality Standards: Possesses a full understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and EP²'s specific quality standards. Communication & Problem-Solving: Demonstrates effective written/verbal communication, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills. Organization & Detail: Detail-oriented with organizational skills and a solid grasp of all project tasks.
