You’ll be the point of contact for clients, run the weekly site meetings, and drive real-time results with your team. Our PMs don’t wait for approvals — they lead, mentor, and deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of $20M–$40M hospitality, housing, or education projects
• Lead buyouts, precon, scheduling, safety, and field coordination
• Run subcontractor and owner meetings — and actually move the needle
• Identify value-engineering wins and track profitability
• Mentor PEs and APMs — grow the next generation
• Leverage AI and tech to drive smarter, faster decisions

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of PM or APM experience with a commercial GC
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Procore (or similar)
• Experience In Hospitality, Multifamily, Or Private Education Preferred
• You own your results — and your team’s
