About the Role

Quick Roofing is hiring a Project Manager to oversee roofing projects for residential, re-roof, or new construction in the area. This is a field-based, onsite role responsible for managing roofing and construction projects from inspection through completion. The role involves managing crews, materials, schedules, and customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone with construction or roofing experience who enjoys being in the field and managing project details.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects onsite from start to completion
• Conduct roof inspections and coordinate materials
• Track project costs, schedules, and timelines
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Resolve jobsite issues while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company expectations
• Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and workmanship
• Inspect completed work and address deficiencies as needed
• Provide regular project updates and documentation

Requirements

• Roofing or construction project management experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with heights and on rooftops
• Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Professional demeanor with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
