We’re supporting a major new-build facility in North Carolina, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program. What You’ll Deliver Lead infrastructure, electrical power and OSBL projects from concept, design and planning through construction, commissioning and turnover.Manage OSBL activities including site development, roads, utility systems, power distribution and supporting infrastructure.Define project scope, deliverables, execution strategy, responsibilities and stakeholder interfaces.Establish and maintain schedules, capital budgets, forecasts, risk registers and project execution plans.Manage engineering, construction, procurement, operations, vendors and contractors across multidisciplinary workstreams. What you’ll need: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers and execution plans.Align engineering deliverables, procurement strategies and field readiness for infrastructure works.Coordinate site utilities, electrical distribution and power-related systems with adjacent project scopes.Oversee roads, site development and other OSBL deliverables as assigned.Lead cross-functional planning with engineering, construction, procurement and operations.Monitor contractor progress against cost, schedule, quality and safety commitments.
