- Quality Assurance & Risk Management
- Support the Quality Control Plan by reviewing deliverables prior to COR submission, ensuring compliance with general acceptance criteria and Section 508 requirements.
- Maintain the risk register, track mitigation actions (including equipment and mandatory training compliance), and escalate emerging risks to the Program Manager and COR.
- Financial & Administrative Coordination
- Support invoice preparation and validation.
- Maintain personnel rosters, non-disclosure agreements, and background-investigation/PIV tracking in coordination with the Program Manager and corporate security team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

- Demonstrated experience with project scheduling, status reporting, and deliverable tracking on Firm-Fixed-Price or deliverables-based contracts.
- Strong meeting facilitation and technical writing skills (agendas, minutes, status/progress reports).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
