Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of new messages, including email, SMS, and push notifications, from any point in the process, from initial concepts through delivery.
• Work with LOB partners to finalize intent and obtain necessary process approvals and requirements, in addition to coordinating the testing and validation of end-to-end processes needed to complete the messages for delivery.
• Ensure all aspects of risk, compliance, and process controls are well-managed and followed.
• Support multiple teams and Lines of Business and projects of various sizes and complexity.
• Act as the end-to-end lead for projects, while engaging and representing our team to ensure the best service is provided, and the best solution is developed for each message.
• Develop and deliver new messages, including configuration, testing, and launch activities.
• Provide clear and concise communication with project stakeholders and mid-level management.

Qualifications

• A background in digital technologies with an understanding of email products and interfaces.
• Passion for delivering meaningful messages and experiences in a digital world.
• Experience in IT development environments with a strong knowledge of agile processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to tailor messages to multiple audiences at different levels.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, including demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams.
• Strong analytical skills, Ability to proactively identify barriers, resolve problems quickly, assess opportunities, and implement changes to enhance the messaging experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience. (Experience with email, SMS, push, or web a plus)
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 2 years of experience in Process management
• 1 year of experience working with a Technology team
• 1 year of working knowledge of APIs and Cloud technology
• Working experience with digital message personalization, message management, and message testing

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 Year of HTML/CSS Coding Experience or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• 2 years of experience with a Technology team
• 2+ years of Digital Experience and Digital Project Management experience and project management tools such as Workfront
• 2+ Years of Process Management, Operations management & Supplier management Experience
• 2+ years of Agile Environment Experience
• Master's Degree in Business, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA), PMP, ProductManagement, or Six Sigma
