Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
• Cook up cross-functional technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and project documentation.
• Maintain project performance and prepare executive-level status reports.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate production deployments and release activities.
• Ensure successful transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
• Foster collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft cloud modernization projects.
• Experience managing Agile software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP
• ITIL Foundation
