Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and teams both locally and nationally
• Recruit, hire, and train project teams
• Implement project plans while maintaining quality assurance, financial performance, and schedule
• Collect data, as-built documentation, pictures, and other deliverables for project closeout
• Manage and approve project schedules and timesheets
• Define all project tasks and resource requirements
• Provide daily/weekly reports of project progress and issues
• Ensure daily safety meetings are initiated and documented by project foremen
• Guide and mentor Project Manager I positions to effectively execute projects and coordination tasks
• Manage an average combined project workload between $2M - $5M concurrently

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable Project Management experience or relevant industry experience to manage multiple projects with multiple customers at any given time
• Must effectively manage projects within and outside of home base area while managing multiple installation teams across the country
• Must be self-motivated, demonstrate leadership skills, and problem-solving skills to guide project teams to completion
• Must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner to provide direct updates to clients/customers and Premise One Leadership team
• Must be able to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to identify potential risks
• Must be able to collaborate with internal sales, estimating, and engineering teams
• Must review drawings/blueprints and other customer-related documents to successfully manage all projects
• Must be able to travel, as needed for assigned customer accounts

Skills

• High School diploma or GED equivalency
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project)
• Competent problem-solving ability with strong mathematical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel, as needed for assigned customer accounts

Experience

• Three to Five years related experience and/or training required

Language Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents, write correspondence, and communicate effectively with others and third parties, preferably, and sometimes exclusively, in English

Mathematical Skills

• Competent ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Competent ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Reasoning Ability

• Competent ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in situations where only limited standardizations exist
