About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. In this role, the Project Manager has responsibility in allocating resources, monitoring project progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle, while also gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements to ensure solutions are effective and efficient. The PM must also demonstrate leadership in working with and through project stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organization to meet project milestones, translate business needs into actionable plans, achieve established goals and support successful implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health or social services and/or the information technology related field with a minimum of three years of experience or Master’s Degree with a minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or social services related field and/or the information technology field performing administrative duties, project planning, or data collection and analysis.
- A solid understanding of project management concepts, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with project management software is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams is preferred.
