We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting and extract sections. Let's identify content: - Intro: "Build Projects People Depend On ..." This is like a description, maybe "About the role" or overview. - "About PLM" section: description of company. - "Project Management" bullet list of duties. - "Estimating and Customer Development" bullet list. - "The Foundation You Must Bring" list of required abilities. - "Experience That Will Help You Succeed" list of preferred experience. - "What We Will Teach" list. - "Physical Requirements" details. - "Physical Demands" details. - "Working Conditions" details. - Benefits: "Pave America and it's companies offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being." That's benefits. - No explicit Pay or Schedule mentioned. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. - Also there is mention of "Office environment: Constantly" etc under Working Conditions. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to decide which headings to use: maybe "About the role", "About PLM", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits". But we need to map content. Better to follow typical headings: About the role (intro), About PLM (company overview), Responsibilities (Project Management + Estimating and Customer Development), Requirements (The Foundation You Must Bring), Qualifications (Experience That Will Help You Succeed + What We Will Teach?), Skills (maybe combine), Benefits. But we must not create thin sections. Let's see if we have enough content for each. We could combine some. Simplify: Use headings: About the role, About PLM, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Check each: - About the role: intro paragraph(s) about driving past projects, enjoyment outdoors, etc. That's prose. - About PLM: company description paragraph. - Responsibilities: combine Project Management and Estimating and Customer Development bullet lists. - Requirements: The Foundation You Must Bring bullet list. - Qualifications: Experience That Will Help You Succeed + What We Will Teach bullet lists (maybe combine). Could also include Physical Requirements? But those are more about physical demands; maybe include under Requirements or a separate section "Physical Requirements". However we need to decide if we have enough content for a separate section. Physical Requirements, Physical Demands, Working Conditions are detailed; could be a section "Physical Requirements & Working Conditions". But heading must be from list: Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. Not in list. The allowed headings are only those listed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot create a custom heading like Physical Requirements. We must fit that info under one of those allowed headings. Perhaps under Requirements or Qualifications. Physical requirements could be considered part of Requirements. Or we could put under Skills? Not ideal but allowed. Similarly Benefits we have a paragraph. We must not create Pay or Schedule sections because no info. Thus we will output sections: About the role, About PLM (maybe not in list but we could treat as About the role? Actually About PLM is not in allowed headings list. The list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About PLM". So we need to decide: either we omit About PLM heading and incorporate its content into About the role or another section. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. So we should only use those headings. So we need to map all content under those headings. Thus we need to decide which heading each piece belongs to. Potential mapping: - About the role: introductory narrative about the job, motivation, etc. Could also include company overview? But maybe better to put company overview under About the role as well. - Responsibilities: duties (Project Management, Estimating and Customer Development). - Requirements: The Foundation You Must Bring (must have). - Qualifications: Experience That Will Help You Succeed, What We Will Teach (preferred experience, training). - Skills: maybe combine some skill-based bullet points from Requirements? But we already used Requirements for must-haves. Could put skills like communication, organization, etc under Skills. But we already have those in Requirements. Might be duplication. Could instead put under Skills the list of abilities like "Clear written and verbal communication, Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, Confidence making decisions, Comfort using project-management, estimating, spreadsheet, email, CRM, and document-management systems, Valid driver’s license and ability to travel". Those are skills. - Benefits: benefits paragraph. We must not create thin sections; ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's draft:

    About the role

Build Projects People Depend On Do you drive past completed projects and think to yourself, “I built that project”? Do you enjoy being outdoors, improving properties, and managing construction projects from start to finish? PLM Paving & Concrete is looking for an experienced construction Project Manager who can take ownership of a project from the initial opportunity through final billing. You will partner with sales, evaluate customer needs, develop scopes and estimates, coordinate people and resources, and deliver successful, profitable projects. We are willing to teach the technical details of paving, earthwork, and concrete. We cannot teach the foundation this position requires: construction judgment, organization, accountability, customer communication, and the ability to lead multiple projects. This is not an entry-level construction position. Our ideal candidate is already a successful Project Manager. We will also consider a strong Estimator/Project Manager who has managed construction work and is ready to take greater ownership.

That includes company description? Actually we included PLM description? Not yet. We could add a sentence about PLM: "PLM Paving & Concrete has served Wisconsin for more than 50 years..." but that is about the company. Could be part of About the role or maybe we could put under About the role as well. It's okay. But we might want a separate About PLM heading but not allowed. So we incorporate. Thus About the role includes both role description and company overview. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Manage multiple construction projects from award through completion, billing, and closeout.
    • Turn proposals and contracts into clear execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
    • Coordinate customers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and site access.
    • Maintain consistent customer communication and resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
    • Monitor costs, production, schedules, and profitability while addressing risks before they become larger problems.
    • Identify scope changes, prepare pricing, and obtain approval before additional work begins.
    • Visit projects to review safety, quality, progress, and compliance with the contracted scope.
    • Compare estimated and actual performance to improve future planning and pricing.
    • Review plans and customer requests, conduct site evaluations, and identify scope, quantity, access, drainage, and constructability requirements.
    • Develop accurate estimates and professional proposals with clear assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and alternates.
    • Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing, follow up on proposals, and maintain an organized opportunity pipeline.
    • Build customer relationships and identify additional project and long-term maintenance opportunities.
    Now Requirements:

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated success managing construction projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, communication, and closeout.
    • Practical understanding of how construction work is planned, coordinated, and completed in the field.
    • Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, customers, and competing deadlines.
    • Strong financial judgment, including experience tracking costs, protecting margin, and managing change orders.
    • Ability to read plans, specifications, contracts, and construction details.
    • Clear written and verbal communication.
    • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
    • Confidence making decisions and addressing problems before they become larger issues.
    • Comfort using project-management, estimating, spreadsheet, email, CRM, and document-management systems.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout PLM’s service area.
    Now Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • Three or more years of construction project-management experience is preferred.
    • Estimating experience is preferred but not required.
    • Experience in civil construction, site development, utilities, excavation, commercial landscaping, roofing, pavement maintenance, or another production-based construction trade is valuable.
    • Direct paving, earthwork, or concrete experience is beneficial but not required.
    • An associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, business, or a related field is a plus; proven construction performance matters more than a degree.
    • For the right construction professional, PLM will provide the training and support needed to understand: Asphalt paving, milling, repair, and maintenance; Concrete construction and repair; Earthwork, grading, drainage, and site preparation; PLM’s estimating standards, production methods, and operating systems; Our approach to pavement evaluation and long-term property maintenance.
Now Skills: we could list some skill-based items not already covered. But many are in Requirements. Could we put under Skills: "Ability to travel regionally or nationally occasionally", "Physical ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods, move objects up to 20 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 100 lbs rarely", "Ability to work in outdoor elements occasionally, noisy environments occasionally, hazardous conditions rarely", "Office environment constant". However these are physical demands and working conditions; maybe better to put under Skills? Might be okay. But we need to ensure we don't create thin section. Let's see if we have enough content for Skills. We could combine physical demands and working conditions into a Skills section. Let's draft:

    Skills

    • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
    • Ability to move about to accomplish tasks at a worksite or move between worksites.
    • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
    • Ability to lift and move objects: up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 100 pounds or more rarely.
    • Ability to talk and hear constantly to communicate with others.
    • Ability to see constantly for close‑range tasks (monitors, screens) and occasionally for distance tasks (driving, operating equipment).
    • Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, or fingers.
    • Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, etc., rarely.
    • Ability to operate machinery/power tools rarely, and motor vehicles or heavy equipment occasionally.
    • Ability to travel regionally or nationally occasionally
