We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about culture, then "Your role." then bullet list of duties, then "The Qualifications." then bullet list of qualifications, then "What makes us different?" then more culture, then benefits, then compensation range. Also schedule? Not explicit schedule beyond "Workplace for Your Day" model and flexibility. There's no explicit schedule like hours, but we could infer schedule not given. Should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It mentions "Workplace for Your Day" model, flexibility, balance, principally in-person, but not explicit schedule. Probably not include Schedule. Pay: compensation range given: $105,500.00 - $174,000.00 for CO, IL, OH, MA. So we can include Pay section with that. Benefits: they list benefits: health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, Flexible Time Off, holidays, 401(k), flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging, meal reimbursement, pension plan for eligible admin/paraprofessional, discretionary bonus plan, contingent staff health insurance option, limited paid sick time. So include Benefits section. We need headings:

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only those that have real content. We have "Your role." could be About the role. We'll put About the role heading with prose summarizing role? But we must not repeat job title as heading. The role description includes "Your role. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager..." We can put that as About the role. Responsibilities: the bullet list after "Your Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To". So Responsibilities heading with
  • each duty. Qualifications: after "The Qualifications." bullet list. Could be Qualifications heading. Skills? Not explicitly separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine into Qualifications. But we could have Skills heading if there are explicit skills listed. Not really separate. So maybe skip Skills. Benefits: heading Benefits with list. Pay: heading Pay with paragraph stating compensation range. We also have culture statements etc. Could be About the role includes some culture? But we have separate "What makes us different?" maybe could be About the role as well. But we should not create thin sections. Could combine culture into About the role. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details: culture statements, Workplace for Your Day model, etc. We can include them in About the role paragraph(s). Must not omit. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Also remove duplicated lines. The posting repeats "Plante Moran enjoys a “Workplace for Your Day” model..." twice. We should include only once. Also remove "Interested applicants must submit their resume..." etc. That's application instructions; remove. Also remove "Due to the high volume..." etc. Also remove "Plante Moran is an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Also remove "The specific statements above are not intended to be all-inclusive." etc. Also remove "Under Colorado’s Job Application Fairness Act..." etc. Also remove "This application window is a good-faith estimate..." etc. We need to keep compensation range statement. We need to keep benefits details. We need to keep qualifications details. We need to keep responsibilities details. We need to keep culture statements: "Count on us. Our 'we-care' culture is more than just a motto; it's a promise..." etc. Also "What makes us different?" section. We need to keep "Plante Moran enjoys a “Workplace for Your Day” model..." once. We need to keep diversity statements. We need to keep "Plante Moran is committed to a diverse workplace..." etc. We need to keep "Plante Moran maintains a drug-free workplace." maybe that's boilerplate? It's a statement about policy; could be considered legal/EEO? Might be considered boilerplate but it's a policy statement. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Plante Moran maintains a drug-free workplace." is legal policy; likely remove. Similarly "Plante Moran is an Equal Opportunity Employer." remove. Also "Plante Moran is committed to a diverse workplace..." maybe not EEO but diversity statement; could keep as part of culture. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Diversity statement may be okay. But to be safe, we could keep diversity statements as part of culture. We must not include headings with filler text. So we will produce:

    • Pension plan for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff.
    • Discretionary bonus plan for eligible staff.
    • Option for contingent staff to elect health insurance in addition to limited paid sick time.
    Then Pay:

    Pay

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is $105,500.00 - $174,000.00.

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated content: We included Workplace for Your Day model once. Good. We removed EEO etc. We kept diversity statements? Not included; we omitted them. The posting had diversity statements after "What makes us different?" and later. We might need to preserve them. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include diversity statements. Where to put? Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "Culture" but we only allowed headings from list. Could add to About the role paragraph. Thus we need to incorporate diversity statements: "At Plante Moran, diversity, equity and inclusion means that all staff members have equitable and fair opportunities to succeed, in an inclusive environment, with their individual, unique identities." Also later: "Plante Moran is committed to a diverse workplace. We strive to create a culture where each person feels accepted and valued. We believe that each person’s ultimate potential begins with first acknowledging their inherent dignity. When we can recognize — and celebrate — our many human differences, we’re able to create a workplace where all staff feel a sense of belonging and an opportunity to succeed. This allows us to attract and retain the best talent, serve clients through diverse thinking, and better represent and support the various communities in which we live and work." We should include these in About the role paragraph. Also we have "Plante Moran enjoys a “Workplace for Your Day” model..." repeated; we included once. Also we have "Plante Moran also offers some contingent staff positions the option to elect health insurance in addition to limited paid sick time." Already in benefits. Also we have "The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location." We included compensation range; we could add that sentence about regions but we already mention CO, IL, OH, MA. Could add more detail: "The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA." We'll incorporate into Pay paragraph. Also we have "Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography." That's substantive; we should include in Pay paragraph maybe. Also "For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group." Not relevant to this role (experienced). Could still include but it's about early career roles; maybe not needed but it's substantive. However it's not about this role; but we could keep as general info. Might be okay. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can include it as is. Thus Pay paragraph could be longer. Also we have "This application window is a good-faith estimate..." remove. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Plante Moran maintains a drug-free workplace." Remove. Also "Plante Moran is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Remove. Also "Unsolicited resumes from search firms..." remove. Also "The specific statements above are not intended to be all-inclusive." Remove. Also "Under Colorado’s Job Application Fairness Act..." remove. Now produce final HTML. Check that we used

for each section heading. No extra headings. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications,
