About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee project performance, including scope, quality, schedule, and cost. This role involves engaging with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate job schedules and manage subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious, safe, and high-quality work. The position requires daily travel to multiple construction jobsites and a commitment to fostering a positive, engaging, and continuously improving work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for project performance (scope, quality, schedule, and cost).
  • Engage with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish cohesive relationships and coordinate job schedules.
  • Drive to multiple construction jobsites daily for on-site management.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to company quality standards.
  • Track and document expenses and revenue for each job to manage margins effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize OSHA safety protocols.
  • Provide a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements.
  • Review and approve material/equipment invoices in alignment with the project budget.

This position reports to the Division Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Construction experience (3 years preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and operate with integrity.
  • Clear and accurate verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Conflict resolution and management skills.
