About the role

PCI is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Atlanta 101 operations based in Smyrna, GA.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and assigned projects.
• Create/manage punch lists proactively.
• Understand and be accountable for the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program for assigned projects.
• Prepare RFI’s, submittals and shop drawings.
• Understand and navigate the building systems and how they relate to the building process.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
• Absorb and manage labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and foremen and effectively communicate issues to negotiate the optimal position for our trade in the work sequence.
• Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance; use this tool to make adjustments as necessary to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
