About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of project management success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate regular team meetings and provide status updates to senior management
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMBOK or PRINCE2
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and motivational skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
